Your responsibilities as a shipper
- Shipment information (addresses, weights, dimensions, contents) must be accurate.
- Prohibited, hazardous or restricted goods may not be shipped except as carriers allow.
- Carrier rules and terms of service apply to every label.
- Carriers may later adjust charges (weight, dimensions, address corrections); adjustments may be billed to you.
- Fraudulent labels, accounts or payment activity are prohibited.
- Accounts may be reviewed, limited or suspended for suspected abuse.
Postage and carrier services
- Labels are purchased through authorized shipping providers and carriers. Carrier terms of service apply to every shipment.
- Delivery estimates come from carriers and are not guaranteed unless the carrier service is explicitly guaranteed.
Carrier adjustments
Carriers may audit packages after shipping and charge adjustments for incorrect weight, dimensions, package type or address corrections. Adjustments may be billed to your account.
Suspension
We may review, limit, suspend or close accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse or violations of these terms.
