Data we process

Account data (name, email), business details, sender and recipient addresses, package details, shipment and tracking data, billing metadata (payment card brand/last four digits via our payment processor — never full card numbers), and security logs (IP address, user agent).

Processors

Hosting, database, authentication, shipping providers, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics vendors — list to be completed by counsel.
